To guide and inspire our next-generation aviation professionals to explore rewarding career opportunities in aviation through education and career development opportunities in the areas of civil pilots, military pilots, A&P mechanics, and aerospace engineering.

How We Measure Success
We measure success by getting students to explore a career in aviation. We do that by providing resources to local school districts, colleges, and organizations that support underserved communities.
Founders
- Eric Wolff – Mr. Wolff is an aviation enthusiast and 25 year+ aerospace industry professional. He earned his pilot’s license in 1985 and has had a passion for aviation and flying ever since. Mr. Wolff is currently pursuing his Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) rating. LinkedIn
- Eric Stablow – Mr. Stablow began his career in aviation as an Aerospace Engineer in 1983 and continues today as an executive and leader in the digital technology industry. As an active club soccer coach at the high school level, Mr. Stablow is passionate about inspiring student success. LinkedIn
- Mark Troha – Mr. Troha has over 20 years as an aerospace professional as well as expertise in Finance and Real Estate. An active volunteer, Mr. Troha has served on a non-profit Board providing low-income (Title I) schools with educational supplies and exercise equipment. LinkedIn
