How We Partner With You
I Can Fly Too partners with schools and organizations interested in cultivating student interest in aviation as Pilots and Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics.
I Can Fly Too provides age-leveled content and programs to expose and excite students to consider an aviation career. Our motivational and educational programs are designed to inspire student interest in aviation and get them to say “I want to be a pilot” or “I want to be an airplane mechanic”. We deliver this using our PIMA framework, which stands for:
- Potential – This is a career I never thought of before – awareness
- Inspiration – This is a career I am interested in
- Motivation – This is a career I CAN pursue and achieve
- Action – I would like to begin my aviation career

"I Can Fly Too and Eric Wolff presented to my 9th grade College & Career Planning class. The content kept the student engaged--opening up important post-secondary education options. The field of aviation can provide an exciting and fulfilling career, and is more accessible than my students anticipated. Two of my students even chose to further research aviation professions in their Life After High School project after listening to Mr. Wolff.
